His experience has been gained primarily in the United Kingdom, Africa, Cyprus and the Middle East where he has been based in the majority of his construction years.

He has worked on international and complex mega projects in Oman, Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Bahrain, Qatar Saudi, Arabia and Uganda in Africa with his career experience spans major roads, highways, bridges, tunnels, airports, marine works, pipelines and pumping stations, underground works in HDD and NDM methods, utilities, drainage, destination developments and complex urban infrastructure programmes.

He has held senior project management and commercial positions with Contractors, Sub- contractors, Consultants and Client based and now operating his own consultancy practice on a freelance basis, offering Contract and Project Management, Claims Management, Commercial Management, EOT preparation, negotiation and resolution, based on FIDIC (Red, Yellow, Silver, Gold) Conditions of Contract as well as bespoke.
He brings an uncommon combination of hands-on construction judgement, project and programme leadership, FIDIC and EPC contract administration, claims and EOT strategy, commercial management, project controls, risk mitigation and executive stakeholder engagement. Particularly effective where technical constraints, programme pressure, changing scope, fragmented delivery and contractual exposure must be resolved together rather than as separate workstreams.
